This home in charming Monroe, Georgia was an incredibly rewarding project. Before the renovation, it was a run down shack, but Homeward South gave it new life! Completely renovated from the rafters to the foundations, this home was still affordable and a great buy for the first time home owners who purchased it.

Duffy Street

A stones’ throw away from Savannah’s iconic Forsyth Park, this historic townhome was a true pleasure of a project. Homeward South provided another great win for the owner’s by making a few small home improvements that resulted in a higher appraised value, and a more marketable property. We worked diligently representing both the buyer and the seller, and facilitated a transaction where everyone won!

A beautifully renovated bungalow in Grant Park Atlanta. Homeward South restored and added hardwoods throughout, renovated and updated the master bathroom, added custom built in shelving, and landscaped the yard with beautiful and native trees, shrubs and flowers. this home sold quickly and it’s one of our most cherished renovations.
